This plane is suitable for grooving for plywood panels etc. It is fitted with adjustable depth gauge and double arm bridged fence, and will cut grooves 1/2" deep up to 4" from the edge of a board.
Three plough cutters are supplied with each plane - 1/8", 3/16" and 1/4".
Additional cutters are available for grooving plywood panels, etc. Cutters of millimetre width were also available in 4mm, 6mm, 9mm & 12mm.
First introduced in a small publicity catalogue issued between the January 1934 Price List and Catalogue No. 14 of November 1935.
