Closed throat, with improved adjustable fence.

These planes are for cutting grooves, etc., parallel to the surface of the work. The improved fence enables grooves to be cut parallel to the edge of the work whether straight or circular.

The fence is adjustable and can be used either right or left hand.

The cutters are adjustable by screw feed, and can be secured on the front of the cutter post for general work or on the back for bull nose work.

An extra wooden bottom can be attached to the plane for routering wide grooves.

First introduced in Catalogue No. 11, published in September 1932.
